Sweet Potato + Maple Pancakes
Pancake Day is my absolute favourite Tuesday of the year... my only concern is whether to go sweet or savoury?! I have a life long and enduring love of classic crepes doused in sugar and lemon but more recently I find I just can't resist (and could eat pretty much any time of the day) ...

Oat and Banana Pancakes -- just 3 ingredients!
We love pancakes! Every single type of pancake! As my eldest goes to a German kindergarten, he and his friends will be celebrating Karnival today -- going to kindergarten dressed up in their favourite fancy-dress (I think we can expect a fair few pirates, policeman and princesses!). I love how our family combines the traditions from both our cultures -- I think it ...

The best way to avoid pre-bought Halloween costumes that aren’t environmentally friendly… make your own! But finding the time is another thing. So why don’t you make superhero leaf masks this year. Go for a walk. Collect leaves. Press them this weekend, and then decorate them in a week or so. What a great way to embrace Autumn and have fun! Totally free too. Your superpower, a creative & cool solution! 🦸‍️ 🦸‍️ 🦸‍️🦸‍️🦸‍️ Link in bio from @soloskates lovely post a few years ago!
