Homemade Vegan Pudding
We gave up cow’s milk quite a few years ago. We still eat plain yoghurts, cottage cheese and cheese but we only drink plant-based milk (our favorite is oat). I also replace the “normal” milk for the oat one in all the recipes and although dishes usually turn out just as (if not even more) ...

Chocolate Mint Patties
My sister recently discovered this recipe for homemade chocolate mint patties on Design*Sponge and we were intrigued for two reasons: the first being that they look SO tasty (and who doesn't love mint patties?!) and the second being that you get to make the mint filling, roll it out flat, cut shapes, and then dip ...

Hearts will melt...
February is one of those months that really gets to me-- these long, dark winters really make me question why I live in dreary 'ol London. (I left sunny Los Angeles for THIS??). Thankfully, there's Valentine's Day to get me through it. (I'll take any excuse to overindulge in chocolate, but Valentine's Day is the ...

Chocolate Stars
I have a son who, like his father, is OBSESSED with Chocolate! When I needed incentives for getting him through potty-training, I used M&Ms (one for each successful trip to the toilet). When I need him to sit still on a plane, I bring out mini M&Ms and give him one at a time. When ...
