Wild & Gorgeous -- a new name, and a new collection for boys!
All mamas of little girls probably have heard of ilovegorgeous, the brand known so well for their beautiful girls clothing. Bellerose, a favourite label for boys!
Shopping for boys is definitely more challenging than shopping for girls, or at least I find it slightly less exciting. For one, there is less variety in the types of clothing for boys (no adorable rompers or pretty dresses), but I also find it trickier to find simple, timeless pieces without the stereotypical 'boyish' texts and colours. For my ...

Pim, in ABC123me
When we were visiting Maud Fontein in her studio a few weeks ago, she took a few photos of Pim and I just love the way they turned out. They really show Pim the way he is -- sweet, funny, and so at ease with himself. Also, I see a glimpse of a bigger Pim in there ...

Bobinette -- online store now open!
We've written about Bobinette before: a brand dedicated to boys. I love the Bobinette shirts, which have a great fit and are of such good quality! The good news is that Lorraine, the owner, opened up the Bobinette webstore -- so you can now find all of her collections in one place. xxx Esther

Looking Dapper
There is a little shop in Encinitas, California (where I used to live) called m.o.m that has the most adorable decor pieces, accessories and handmade clothes for children. They often use one-of-a-kind fabrics with fun prints for their items. I bought the most adorable pink striped tie for one of the favorite little boys in ...

Milliemanu - for boys as well
Esther has already mentioned the beautiful girl's dresses and coats from London-based shop Milliemanu with all the stunning Liberty fabrics and 'Made in England' stamp of approval. But I was delighted to discover that the brand has launched a new line of boys shirts, all made from light-weight cotton Liberty fabrics and perfectly springy for ...

Brindille and Twig
Who says there are no cool clothes for boys around? I know, typically boys don't wear dresses and skirts (my son Pim being the exception to the rule -- on occasions he loves to dress up as a full-on princess), which does limit the choices quite a bit, but there ARE good choices around. Like these ...

Yesterday my husband, daughter and son were sitting on the sofa together and I realized checks must be in high fashion: they were all three wearing a gingham shirt!!  Today I'm wearing mine -- fashionably late, I suppose... My husband and I got our shirts from Fenwick in London.  My daughter's shirt came from H&M (I ...

We’ve had a full-on week with home learning (as you all have I imagine) and managed to survive (just) the week in the house together. But this morning I felt we all needed a little time out from the work and we did maths through baking by making these delicious cookies. They were out of the oven just in time for a mid-morning brain break. I think we’ve tried every recipe for chocolate chip cookies but this is our favourite and today I thought I’d share it with you. I must warn you, they are not the healthiest, but during these times I think we are all in need of a little treat. Thanks to @vanessa_wild_flours for this idea ... and click on our bio for her yummy recipe! #babyccinokids #babyccinoeats

The secret to a happy home... freshly baked cookies! And with only three ingredients your precious pantry won’t be robbed of its’ resources. The recipe for these mouth-watering (and gluten free) Peanut Butter Cookies : -1 cup of peanut butter -1 cup of brown sugar -1 egg In a large bowl, mix the ingredients together until you have a smooth, consistent dough. Using your hands, roll dough into small balls and place on a baking tray, evenly spaced. Press a fork into the dough balls in opposite directions making a criss-cross pattern. Then bake at 350° F (175° C) for 8-10 minutes. And that’s it. So easy! Enjoy. @courtneyadamo #babyccinokids #babyccinoeats #glutenfree
