Audrey is a mother of three beautiful children, a boy and two girls. Her third, a baby girl, was just born three months ago. She is a press secretary and after having lived 10 years in Lyon, she and her family moved to Paris a little over a year ago. Never mind the short time she has been living in the city as the excellent location of her apartment in the 5th arrondissement made her pick up a truly Parisian lifestyle. She shares her favorite kid-friendly spots close to her Saint-Germain des Prés district with us below. Thank you Audrey!
1. Best date night restaurant : Le Hibou, for their good coktails!
2. Favourite family-friendly dinner spot : With children we do essentially lunches, we like to go to Pizza Chic.
3. Cosiest local cafe (or best place to grab a take-away!) : I love chilling at Café Madame (25 Rue de Vaugirard, 75006 Paris), I always feel very welcome there.
4. Trusted children’s shop: Smallable in the 6th arrondissement, they have the best selection of clothes, toys, decor and gifts.
5. Favourite women’s shop:  Biba, they carry the brands I love most.
6. Coolest local playground: Jardin du Luxembourg, for lots of green space in our neighborhood. My son can play football with his friends and my eldest daughter loves to ride ponies there and to go on the beautiful antique carousel.
7. Favourite food shop: La Grande Épicerie at Le Bon Marché in the 7th arrondissement, produce is good, fresh and I can’t find the same unique selection anywhere else.
8. Best shop for homewares, fun finds, or special gifts: Le Bon Marché, all major brands are sold there which I find very practical. I like to do my Christmas shopping there for example.
9. Local activity center or museum: La Grande Galerie de l’Évolution at Jardin des Plantes for their incredible collection of thousands of lifelike animals. It is a big museum and offers a lot of space to walk around. My kids love animals so they are happy there!
10. Favourite park or outdoor space: Jardin du Luxembourg again!
