Alice à Paris — French fashion for kids and tweens up to age 12

Oh sunshine, how welcome you are after this cold, cold European winter! It is glorious to be able to shed shoes and sweaters and to lap up every sun ray possible! The exciting thing is that for the first full year we have been able to take advantage of our little courtyard. We have planted everything we can think of and repotted the few plants we started to nurture last year — let’s see how this goes.

A little bit like plants, my kids have been growing over the winter so very much. Coco is now my size (which I cannot get my head around). I wanted to find clothes for both of them that are fresh, fun and also fit with the girls increasingly teenage ways — which is not an easy challenge. The lovely clothes from Alice à Paris are just want we were searching for.

Alice à Paris and I have a long standing relationship. Ever since the girls where small Alice à Paris was my go-to place for good basics. It was sweet, stylish, good quality and relatively inexpensive. I think I got presents for all my friends abroad from Alice à Paris, because it was so French and this quintessential style was impossible to find anywhere else.

And then, suddenly on fine day, all the shops closed down. We were all so disappointed. It turned out that the owner of the brand had decided to move on to another adventure. But we were left without our favourite place to pick up our staples.

This is why I was very surprised when I received a mail via Babyccino that Alice à Paris was back! Apparently I was not the only person who was disappointed in the disappearance of the brand. The lovely Agathe, a French, London-based business woman seized the opportunity and relaunched the brand, this time as an online boutique. Now the lovely clothes from Alice à Paris can be bought from all over the world.

Vivi is wearing the super cute Sophie dress in rich coral. It is super comfortable to wear and perfect to wear with either a vest top or a long sleeved T-Shirt.

Coco is wearing the Leopoldine top also in coral; the cotton is super light and breezy and a size 12 fits her perfectly. Her little shorts are the Charlotte shorts in blue chambray. These are so comfy that she is now wearing them all the time in the house, even when it still is a bit chilly outside.

Alice à Paris have given all of our wonderful readers a 15 % discount from today until the 8th of May 2018. Just use BABYCCINO as the code at check-out.

Let’s hope this balmy weather in Northern Europe continue a wee while longer and we get to continue wearing cute summer clothes!

This post is sponsored by Alice à Paris, a brand we have loved for years and just recently rediscovered.

I LOVE alice a Paris! So glad they are back. I loved their Coats and Nightdresses too! I never understood what happened. Is it the original owner?
