We’ve been in the Byron Bay area for nearly a month now, which is the longest length of time we’ve stayed somewhere since we left London back in July. And it feels so nice. We have loved Byron so much and have felt so at home here, in part due to the friends we’ve met and the creative, inspiring community, but also because of the home we rented here. After two months of living in a campervan with limited cooking utensils and space, it was so nice to settle in a home with a gorgeous kitchen, comfortable beds, familiar books and toys on the shelves and a big kitchen table for family meals and homeschool lessons.

We rented the Granuaille Residence through Kid & Coe and have loved everything about our stay. The house is located in the super charming town of Bangalow – with great shops, cafes and restaurants on its doorstep, and is just a 15-minute drive into Byron Bay and the beaches. There is nothing we would change about our stay in this gorgeous area. Except, perhaps, to stay longer! : )

Kid & Coe have asked me to share some of our favourite things to do in the area, so this week I’ve been sharing some local favourites on their Instagram feed (see the snaps above).  We’ve also teamed up to offer an exciting summer go-bag giveaway with all my favourite summer holiday must-haves. It was so fun narrowing down a selection of favourite items and it’s especially exciting to see them all together like this. What a lovely prize to win! Click here for more details and to enter.

Happiness and smile on the faces of children this is the most important. Lovely pictures!

Hello Courtney,
I love these photos! Where is the tunic/dress from that your younger daughter is wearing? I have now come back to the article three times to look at it, as it is so so cute! And googling “embroidered linen tops” has not found anything…. Thanks for helping me out, it’s amazing the family memories you are creating that will be treasured forever.
