Cordials from Belvoir Fruit Farm

Bevoir_fruit_farm_1

Do you know the fruit cordials from Belvoir Fruit Farm? We have recently discovered them and are all hooked! We love the interesting, grown-up taste combinations, like spiced apple & ginger, rhubarb & strawberry, elderflower & rose, raspberry & lemon…

I try to give my children water or tea for as much as possible, but in the afternoon I’m ok to give them a glass of juice. These ones from Belvoir are so nice, and not overly sweet. We all love them — the ginger cordial is my personal favourite. Super fresh!

PS I’ll be making my own rhubarb cordial this week, so easy and another lovely fresh drink, especially in combination with sparkling water.

You know these are about 80% sugar! I wouldn’t dream of letting my girls drink them, their teeth would fall out!

Hi Helena, We love Belvoir drinks and we happily drink them in our family. I believe Belvoir elderflower cordial contains 30% less sugar then any other elderflower cordial. I know from first hand experience that Esther (and I for that matter) give our children an extremely well balanced diet so given we live in such a toxic sugar world at the moment, a little bit of sugar isn’t going to kill our children. x

Thanks for responding, To be honest this really felt a bit like a product placement post from Belvoir and as such a long term follower of Babyccino it feels weird to read something so commercial but issn’t marked as sponsored… I’m a bit disappointed and wasn’t sure what to think? How you all feed your kids is completely your call, I just didn’t know if you realised how much sugar they contain x

Hi Helena,
Thanks for commenting — this post wasn’t sponsored at all! I’m not in touch with the people at Belvoir company whatsoever. I just recently discovered the cordials and really like them, and thought it would be nice to share them with our readers. We have always been blogging like this, sharing our personal experiences and discoveries. If our posts are sponsored, we always disclose that at the bottom of the post (plus, we only work with companies we believe in and products we personally love.)
xxx Esther
