Djeco Magnets

I organised a sleep over for Violette’s friends last weekend. Getting three 4-year-olds to sleep, is pretty challenging…. I am not too sure who was more tired the next morning, the four year olds or me!!!
One of the things they loved most was discovering new toys. I guess as over here in Paris we live in quite small places, kids don’t have massive amounts of toys, so visiting a friend’s home is like going to Disneyland: a new adventure full of unknown pleasures.
One of the little girls could just not get enough of the Djeco Magnets we have on our fridge which my kids have now not played with in ages. She could not stop creating new characters and making up stories. Of course when the other two girls saw her having a great time they all started playing with them.
I reckon that officially makes the Djeco Magnets the most played with toy in my house. When my girls were toddlers, they loved pulling the magnets off and sticking them back on. When they got older, they used them as a puzzle. Now the whole challenge is to put together the most outrageaous creature and make up a name for it (a croca-giraffe-cow anyone?). Super hilarious, if you happen to be four…
