Courtney and Esther recently introduced me to the blog Made by Joel and I am hooked! It is the best kids craft blog I have seen, full of great projects that look both fun to make and fun to play with. Joel is a stay-at-home dad and artist and is responsible for entertaining a pair of twins… so the perfect person to come up with great ideas for crafting. Granted, some projects are very ambitious, but even those posts are fun to browse for inspiration.
I especially like the pull-along toys that Joel just designed for the great online magazine LMNOP. It is such a simple idea and I just know my kids would just love them… because which kid does not love pulling something along behind them, filled up with their favourite trinkets?

I love his website. I love that the majority of his projects are actually do-able. How cute is that dad?!!!

Gorgeous. Simple, (mostly) achievable, beautiful. Have already passed this on to four people who I know will love it.
More craft stuff, please, Babyccino! And any of your top tips for things to do in London with small children (5s and unders) would be welcome too… Thanks!
