My experience with baby’s first walking shoes has always been the same: either they’re too stiff and impractical for babies to actually walk in, or they’re too soft to be supportive, or they’re just really ugly. I ended up with a pair from the latter category for my sons’ first walkers, opting for practicality and support over looks. I wish I would have known about the Tip Toey Joey baby shoes for early walking!
These shoes are made of 100% soft genuine leather so they flex naturally with baby’s feet, they have a non-slip rubber sole, have easy Velcro strap closures… and they are darling!
Available from Elias & Grace, in store or on line.

I love the Tip Toey Joey!
They’re brazilian….but they are impossible to find in Italy.
I also love Tip Toey Joey. Our daughter wore them until she was steady on her feet. They are made in Brazil but designed in Australia as they are a husband and wife team (one from each country). So pleased to see Elias and Grace now have them because we had to buy them when we were in Australia.
They look great, I am in the market for a pair of cute little shoes….
So cute! It’s not easy to find good-looking early walkers!
Hi,
just to let you know you can buy the white and pink version for a lot cheaper at Trotters (£24.99) including the blue T-bar boy version. My 1 year old daughter is on her 2nd pair and they are great. Not sure why they charge £10 extra though on the website you are suggesting?!!
Just bought a pair of those for my little daughter last week in St. John’s Wood’s famous Igloo kids store. They are indeed the most adorable AND really good first walking shoes. So I can only confirm Courtney’s comments!
Oh my gosh, those are so precious! Wish I had a little girl! My dude might not appreciate Mommy putting Mary Janes on him. Ah ha
they make very cute boys’ styles…check out the collection!

I love them too! Since I discovered Tip Toey’s little shoes I never bought anything else for my two-year-old girl until she got to the last number available. Now, I pregnant with another baby girl and she alread gets a white pair! Also have a look at Babo Uabu collection of baby and kids shoes, I like them too. It’s http://www.babouabu.com.br/
