Though I am half French, I have inherited my father’s Irish skin. So for me, every springtime it is the same old story: I look as pale as a ghost when the sun finally comes out! I have always been prejudiced about fake tan, ever since I got a bit carried away with a bottle once and looked like an orange, and it took at least a week to get rid of that special look.
I have not attempted fake tan since, but last spring I really felt like I needed a boost and now I am hooked. I got a sample of Nuxe Soleil Prodigieux and have not looked back since. It is a self tanner, tan activator and suntan lotion in one. It feels great on my skin and it just gives me that extra little colour — not enough to make me go orange but enough to make people ask me if I went to the countryside for the weekend….
In France you can buy NUXE products in most Pharmacies and if you check out their website there is a long list of outlets all over the world.
I’m so pale too! and it’s even more difficult now that I’m back in italy, everybody is darker and gets tanned so easily and quickly.
I mihgt give it a go, if you really promise it’s easy and not messy!
I love Nuxe as well….and need to stock up when I will be in France this summer…
No outlets or even internet shops here in the Netherlands.
It looks like something I need to get when I’m in France! Thanks for the tip!
oh I might have to try this. I am almost out of the stuff i am using now. thanks!
I’m back in town after 2 weeks at the seaside and with my pale skin, UV protection and having to stay in the shade with my 7 months old …I’m so not-tanned that people wonder if I have been away at all!
Luckily this morning on my way to work I stopped in a big Pharmacy and found the NUXE range….et voila!!!!
