My Iphone is my saviour — whenever I need a 5-minute distraction for my kids (think restaurant, meeting, waiting room) I hand them the device and they entertain themselves without interruption! Even my 3-year-old knows how to unlock the phone and start up his favourite applications in a time frame of about 2 seconds (can you believe we struggled with the computer 10 years ago?).
One of his favourite apps is Peekaboo Barn (and Peekaboo Jungle) which I’ve written about before. There are now 3 new animals to add for free via an update on the Itunes store, but if you still have to get the whole app all together, you can quickly email , mention the country you live in and that you’re a Babyccino Kids reader, and the first 20 readers to email will get a code for a free download.

My son loves this app too – he’s barely 20 months and can navigate his way around the Iphone like anything. This sometimes gets me worried that I’ll have to surgically separate him from all these devices when he is older!
O-o i have an iphone but totally suck at downloading apps (its cracked, dont have my own itunes account, not sure what the password is, etc) will have to figure it out though!
I just bought a leapster 2 to test out. Its supposed to be educational with math and spelling an theres one with animal facts. I travel a lot and im getting worried about my kids watching the same movies over and over!
My husband has a full array of games on his iphone for the kids and it has come in handy many times!!!! I will have to check this one out for sure. We were big fans of a download called balloonimals for a while….check it out.

I JUST got an iphone! It’s like a fun, new toy!
I can’t wait to show the kids this…
