Cool shirts for boys (and trendy girls, of course)!

Two Blue Cars shirtI’m not big into graphic images or slogans on my kids’ clothes, but I love the simple and understated vehicles on the shirts from Two Blue Cars! (And if you think I love them, you should see the joy on my boys’ faces when they’re wearing them!)  Diggers, tractors, buses, garbage trucks  — what more could a little boy want on his shirt?

Two Blue Cars was started by a mom and dad artist team who started making shirts for their own boys after an exhaustive and disappointing search for cool garbage truck shirts.  Now they make all sorts of designs, which are then screen printed onto American Apparel wear, making the shirts super soft and great fitting.  They also come in a variety of cool colors.

Two Blue Cars is a New York-based company, but they ship internationally.

I totally agree with you.
and it’s also true that my son likes his t-shirt with some prints on… if you have to give in then these are really cool shirts!

Bean New York also has some cute prints on onesies etc. I am partial to the drummer squirrel:

I also got the cute onesie with a rabbit on it for my son from etsy. They have some terrific handmade onesies / t shirts there.
Unfortunately, there are no more bunnies left. They do have toast though…

My son is obsessed with garbage trucks! I’m always in search of garbage truck apparel. It’s very hard to find. I’ve ordered a long sleeve and a short sleeve t for him. My son thanks you for very, very much for this post!

I’ve got three boys want clothes that don’t have Bob the Builder or some hideous Disney character on them. Luckily, they are still at an age where they will happily let me dress them in whatever I please. I might try some of these!
