Native Jeffersons from Life & Soles

There is the slightest tinge of spring in the air here in London and all I can think about is summer!!! It’s really not far away now (or at least that’s what I’m telling myself)! Hopefully I’m not jinxing things by already buying summer shoes for my kids, but these Native shoes just seem like the perfect summer/beach shoe. They’re made from injection-molded EVA making them lightweight, waterproof and odour resistant, plus they come in such fun, happy colours. Sold! They’re available from the Canadian-based shop, Life & Soles, along with other great shoes and accessories.

These shoes are like a more stylish alternative to my son’s crocs. I may have to get some of these for Herbie.

Native shoes are the best summer shoes for kids. In the past, I would put the boys in crocs, which I had to stop doing as they would trip in them consistently; however, Native shoes are wonderful as they don’t cause them to trip. Excellent shoes to wear to swimming lessons, playing at the park, and all summer long. Last summer, my boys lived in them and I can’t wait to buy a new pair for each of them. As well, you can buy adult Native shoes: there are great styles and I live in them all summer too. Just bought a Jimmy boot from the Fall Season for all the rain in our city. Go to their website to see their full collection. http://www.nativeshoes.com

These are really amazing, I refuse to put my kids in crocs (although at daycare they highly recommend it!) Funny thing, I was just telling my husband yesterday we had to go buy some!!! But it’s way too cold to think about that just yet ;)

My son (age 2) had these last summer and literally wore them with everything. To the beach, on the boat, with jeans to dinner…They are adorable and still looked great at the end of the summer!
