Hi Ine,
Thanks!!! And yes, it's knitted in three parts and sewn together. I didn't find the pattern too difficult. You should try! And just ask me if you have questions about it. xxx

That's a cute little vest! Well done and it's lovely on your little girl :)
Is it a one piece knit, or did you knit 3 parts and sow them together? I'm a starting knitter as well and I find reading patterns soooo tricky...

Thank you Esther! It would probably be the sleeveless for a 2-year old so that answers my question perfectly. Thanks again. xx

Hi Holly, it depends a bit on what size you need, and if you want the little sleeves or not. For instance, the smallest size is a size 2, which I used for Ava. I didn't attach sleeves so I needed 4 balls of wool. Let me know what size you need and I'll tell you how much wool you need! BTW, the amounts are indicated on the pattern too. xxx

It's very cute! So, as a non-knitter but with an aunt who knits stuff for my kids, can I ask the ignorant question of how much wool one needs to make it? I'm thinking of buying her the pattern and wool :-)
