The Royal Wedding

Have you caught Royal Wedding fever yet? The wedding is this Friday! I haven’t really paid any attention to it… but everyone I know is starting to get excited about it (my mom even came to town for the event!). Every store front in London is devoted to the wedding, and there are commemorative gifts and objects available to buy everywhere (my mom came home the other day with a deck of cards, each card with a different photo of Wills and Kate — too funny!). Here are a couple of my favourites.

Do you know of any other good commemorative gifts?

Those are so cute. I do know of a few – The House That Lars Built has some cool stuff – http://thehousethatlarsbuilt.blogspot.com/ (I also blogged about them.)

And I briefly saw some things at Cath Kidson that looked pretty cute…

Love these items!!!! Getting that postcard. We are all bracing ourselves for the big day here. Festivities start at 5am here so we are all setting our alarms to get up and watch!

I am totally not a Monarchist but cannot wait to come to London for all the festivities. I reckon it is going to be a great party!

I’m not a big royalist but I think I will watch the wedding on TV — and feel the buzz later that day as we’re flying to London in the afternoon (to party with Emilie and Courtney for Court’s 30th!! Happy B’day Court!!! xxx)
