Bugaboo Double Stroller

I don’t know what is in the water at the moment but loads of people I know are expecting not only one baby, but two. In fact, in one week I had two friends of mine call me with their happy news and both had two buns in the oven.
Well, Bugaboo seems as usual to have its finger on the pulse for this new twin trend and are launching in the Spring of next year the Bugaboo Donkey, their first double stroller. Perfect timing for all my friends. How it is exactly going to work, is not clear, but apparently you can easily convert it from a single to a double buggy and there will be loads of storage space… I have high hopes for this double buggy – hopefully the good people of Bugaboo won’t let me down!

Looking forward to seeing the Donkey in action! However it is definitely not the only luxury double buggy that measures 74 cm… Baby Jogger City Elite Double has the same width and is considered to be the Rolls Royce of double buggies (at the moment)!
Our Bugaboo is still my very favourite buggy we have. It is just made so well (it’s lasted now 5 1/2 years no problems…). I’ve been waiting for them to come out with a double buggy…

I was going to say what about the BJC range, my USA based friends rave about them. There is also the icandy range in the UK.
I made the terrible mistake of buying a Bugaboo buggy in Europe, a land which is completely neglected by any sort of customer service assistance by Bugaboo. I spent over €1000 for a buggy which is now broken and impossible to repair. I would most certainly never buy a Bugaboo product again and I highly discourage any friends from doing so.
