I can't imagine what I would have done without my Medela Pump In Style electric pump during my breastfeeding days. The other item which was essential for double pumping was the Easy Expressions bustier which allows you to pump hands free.

I never pumped much, and maybe it was because I never tried the electric one. Well... now it's too late, in about 10 days I'll start solids....

Totally agree! It was a lifesaver when BF wasn't going so well after we left the hospital. Once BF got on track, we returned the electric Medela pump to the hospital (they rent them in Sweden too) and bought a manual Medela pump. I actually was able to pump more milk with the manual, and it has come in handy when traveling. I can pump while we're on the road and give my daughter a bottle en route. The nice thing about Medela is that all parts are BPA-free!
