It was a lifesaver when BF wasn't going so well after we left the hospital. Once BF got on track, we returned the electric Medela pump to the hospital (they rent them in Sweden too) and bought a manual Medela pump. I actually was able to pump more milk with the manual, and it has come in handy when traveling. I can pump while we're on the road and give my daughter a bottle en route.
