(he got fussy around 9 months and only wanted finger foods! Luckily the trend reverted a little later on). What a saviour. I pre slice it and freeze it and thus have ready made "instant meals" for him. Oh and I pack it with broccolli and healthy veg... Try them on it early, as they get fussier once older! And, like you said, are great for parties because you can make them beforehand and not have to think about it on the day of the party. I'm glad you finally wrote down your recipe, because you always just throw the ingredients together on a whim... and that's hard to replicate! Your quiches are always so tasty.
