		<description>Explain that it hurts, but only for 3 seconds, count to 3 for a few times to show how short that is, and ask your child to count with you once the shot is given (as this distracts them, at least in theory). 
Once your daughter is 9 (at her next shot): ask her to count backwards from 10 (this time of course without saying that the shot hurts that long). The last one is a trick of my father, who gave lots of shots, to lots of small children. According to him it works. The important thing is the distraction once the shot is given, I think.</description>
