- Wash the mussels thoroughy and rinse them in clear water
- In a large lot, put some chopped onions, chopped celery (+ branches) and a bit of white wine
- When the onions have melted a bit, put the mussels in the pot with a bit of pepper
- When the mussels are all open, that&#039;s it, you ready to eat it (don&#039;t forget to serve it with the cooking juice...)!
The longer bit of it is to rinse and clean the mussels otherwise it takes no time!</description>
