I think there's nothing at all wrong with a boy having a baby doll or pushing a stroller. We have lots of dolls and accessories and I must say, lately I've been considering buying my son his own...so his sister doesn't go after him when he takes hers. I get funny looks and I've had funny conversations on this topic...similarly, is it ok for boys to push toy prams? My son loves them! We have 4 (3 from before he was born). So he gets his fill. But I've had friends come over and discourage their boys from playing with them. Don't all kids love to push toys, be it a pram or a vaccuum or what have you? I personally think it's fine.
