In French a “Doudou” is a soft cuddly toy that little children take everywhere with them. Esther just introduced me to the French site, Oh! Mondoudou , whose designers and stylists, Marie Sablayrolle and Emmanuelle Hénaux, started off designing and hand-making just that: soft cuddly toys.
They are super cute. They are made out of soft fleece, and all the details are hand-embroidered. I especially like all the detailing that goes into them; they look cute from the front but also have detailing on the back, like little wings and hearts. My daughter is completely in love with her new Doudou and wants to take it everywhere. Guess it is time to get back on the website and order another one, just for emergencies.
