Years ago, when I was in NY, I walked into a department store and someone in the cosmetics section yelled out to me telling me I needed to try this! (At first I was a bit insulted... are my under-eye bags really THAT noticeable)?? But, like you said, it really does work and really wakes your face up a bit! I use that same thing!!
