Therefore, I am considering travelling to France regularly for this. Can anyone share their experience (I can see, for instance, that Fabienne has done that)? While it is impossible to say that our babies calmness is thanks to haptonomy we enjoyed a smooth and communicative pregnancy and an amazing arrival and first few months of our sons life. It really did feel like we all already knew each other when he arrived and our son has been very easy going. I am trying to find classes for a friend in London but to no avail. A few nights ago I could not sleep as the baby was lying directly on my bladder. My husband managed to reposition the baby through Haptonomy. I had the best night sleep in a long time. I also don't know if this is normal but this baby reacts very differently to touch than my first one. It moves over towards my hand every time I put it on my tummy. (I actually thought it was some sort of massage therapy). Later I heard of a friend who gave birth in Brussels that for her and her partner the Haptonomy had been helpful. I just checked the link above and for me (sceptical person as well) it is difficult to understand what they are trying to say, but what I did find out is that the inventer of the therapy is Dutch!
